Tasks

Acquisition of new customers by telephone and email

Analysis of customer needs and individual advice to achieve their goals

Conducting sales conversations including consistent follow-up

Maintenance and precise documentation of customer data and sales processes

Creation of tailor-made offers

Proactive optimization of processes and offers for maximum customer satisfaction

qualification

You are passionate about sales and master convincing sales techniques.

Personal responsibility and organization are a given for you.

You are goal-oriented and enjoy celebrating successes.

Ideally, you have some experience in e-commerce (Shopify expertise is a plus).

You enjoy learning and are constantly developing yourself.

Your German skills are excellent, both written and spoken.
