Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and engage potential licensees, partners, and distributors across the UAE and GCC markets. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with brand owners, retailers, and strategic partners. Drive new business opportunities by leveraging existing industry contacts and developing new ones within the brand licensing ecosystem. Negotiate and finalize licensing agreements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, commercial objectives, and legal standards. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, category gaps, and new brand expansion opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts, approvals, and product development timelines. Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis. Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen market presence. Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure and ongoing account management. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand licensing, business development, or sales within the UAE or GCC region. Proven track record of closing licensing or distribution deals and achieving sales targets. Strong network of industry contacts across the GCC retail, FMCG, or entertainment sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Strong analytical and market research abilities to identify growth opportunities and evaluate potential partners. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and digital communication platforms. Valid UAE driving license and access to own car preferred. Professional demeanor with a strategic mindset and passion for brand growth.
