Roles & Responsibilities

TASA Gulf Industry LLC is hiring energetic Sales Executives to drive growth for its Copper Products Division across the UAE market.

� WHAT WE OFFER

� ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be a frontline sales driver — generating leads, developing customer relationships, preparing quotations, and converting inquiries across industrial and manufacturing sectors. This role suits commercially hungry professionals who thrive in field-based B2B sales.

� KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and approach customers in electrical trading, cable manufacturing, panel building, switchgear, busbar fabrication, transformer, MEP, and general manufacturing sectors

  • Handle incoming inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through to order closure

  • Promote copper product lines: Copper Rods, Copper Busbars, Copper Strips, and related products

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups

  • Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, and new opportunities

  • Maintain CRM records, visit reports, and sales pipeline updates accurately

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and payment follow-up

✅ IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 3–11 years of B2B sales experience in copper, metals, electrical products, industrial materials, or building materials

  • Prior UAE market experience preferred

  • Strong follow-up discipline, negotiation skills, and customer service orientation

  • Familiar with quotations, basic commercial documentation, and order processing

  • CRM/ERP exposure is an advantage

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred

  • Willing to travel locally and internationally

  • Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement

  • New leads generated and converted

  • Customer visit activity and engagement

  • Quotation turnaround and closure ratio

  • CRM hygiene and reporting discipline
