Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking, to build a robust pipeline of potential clients seeking training solutions.
  • Conduct needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their specific training requirements, challenges, and objectives, tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of training services and address client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients throughout the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the training or professional development industry.
  • Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, Challenger Sale) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
