Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Executive – Generator Services / AMC / Load Testing / Installations (Industry Experience Required)


Important: Only candidates with experience in generator/power solutions or related technical sales will be considered.


Electrogen PowerSolutions specializes in diesel generator installations, preventive maintenance, load testing, and power consultancy services across the UAE and Gulf region.


  • Sell generator-related services: maintenance, load bank testing, installation, and associated electrical solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and manage clients in MEP contracting, facilities management, and real estate development sectors.
  • Prepare proposals, conduct client meetings, and follow up through to closure.
  • Use tools such as Odoo, Outlook, and Excel to manage leads and sales activity.
  • Work closely with technical/operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.


Desired Candidate Profile

Important: Only candidates with experience in generator/power solutions or related technical sales will be considered.


We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in technical sales within the power generation industry. The focus will be on diesel generator maintenance contracts, testing services, and installation projects.


  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in generators/power solutions, MEP, or related technical fields in the UAE or GCC.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Odoo preferred).
  • Background in electrical or technical fields is an advantage.
  • Strong network with construction, MEP, or facilities management clients.
