Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers to secure project specifications for glass and aluminum products.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on high-value projects within the construction industry, including residential and commercial.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the unique benefits and value propositions of glass and aluminum solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in the construction industry.
- Holds relevant certifications in sales or project management, showcasing commitment to professional development and industry best practices.
- Demonstrates 5+ years of proven experience in sales, with a specific focus on the glass and aluminum industry.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of the local construction market, including key players, projects, and opportunities.
