Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE construction market, focusing on gypsum and ceiling works projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers to secure project specifications and orders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs and project requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Holds a minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience within the gypsum and ceiling works industry in the UAE.

• Demonstrates a strong understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

• Exhibits a solid network of contacts with architects, contractors, and developers in the UAE.
