Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Handle incoming inquiries and convert leads into enrollments/sales

  2. Conduct counseling sessions and present company services effectively

  3. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

  4. Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships

  5. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and daily activities

  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding/process flow

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience in sales, counseling, or customer handling (education/training sector preferred)

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
