Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential business clients across Saudi and the GCC Conduct structured discovery conversations with decision makers Understand client challenges, goals, and operational gaps Position consulting and technology driven solutions based on business outcomes Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to client onboarding Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking against KPIs Build long term client relationships and identify expansion opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in B2B sales, consulting, or business development Comfortable working in a KPI driven and target oriented environment Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills Ability to sell solutions and value, not products Professional, confident, and trustworthy presence Self motivated with strong follow through and discipline Experience selling professional services, technology, or consulting is a strong advantage Fluent in English & Arabic.
