Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end enterprise sales in KSA, working closely with banks, financial institutions, and telcos. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hunting and closing new enterprise clients across KSA

  • Conducting market research, account mapping, and outbound outreach

  • Understanding customer pain points and selling solutions, not features

  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Creating and nurturing a qualified enterprise sales pipeline

  • Leading contract and commercial negotiations for large deals

  • Working closely with Product Marketing and Strategic Partnerships teams

  • Contributing to sales planning and revenue forecasting

  • Gathering customer feedback and helping improve the product

  • Owning quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned geographies

This role reports directly to the VP of Sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have 4–10 years of relevant experience in enterprise or SaaS sales

  • Have prior experience selling to banks or large enterprises in KSA

  • Are strong in demand generation and concept selling

  • Can independently drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closure

  • Are confident with enterprise-level negotiations

  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Can engage and influence senior decision-makers

  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, ownership-driven environment

  • Are fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
