Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for end-to-end enterprise sales in KSA, working closely with banks, financial institutions, and telcos. Your responsibilities will include:
Hunting and closing new enterprise clients across KSA
Conducting market research, account mapping, and outbound outreach
Understanding customer pain points and selling solutions, not features
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Creating and nurturing a qualified enterprise sales pipeline
Leading contract and commercial negotiations for large deals
Working closely with Product Marketing and Strategic Partnerships teams
Contributing to sales planning and revenue forecasting
Gathering customer feedback and helping improve the product
Owning quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned geographies
This role reports directly to the VP of Sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Have 4–10 years of relevant experience in enterprise or SaaS sales
Have prior experience selling to banks or large enterprises in KSA
Are strong in demand generation and concept selling
Can independently drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closure
Are confident with enterprise-level negotiations
Have excellent communication and presentation skills
Can engage and influence senior decision-makers
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, ownership-driven environment
Are fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
