Roles & Responsibilities

We re looking for a confident, energetic Sales Executive to be the welcoming face of SoulHIIT. You ll play a key role in guiding new clients through their fitness journey, from the first inquiry to becoming part of our vibrant community. This full-time role requires excellent communication skills, a warm presence, and a deep understanding of what makes our studio special.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Fitness/sports/wellness background
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strong communication and active speaking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Flexible with working hours (including evenings and weekends)
  • Confident, presentable, and sales-driven
