Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking.

  • Field Engagement: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings at client offices and active construction sites.

  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams.

  • Sales Administration: Utilize MS Office and basic computer applications to manage pipelines, prepare quotations, and report progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a sales-focused role.

  • Communication: Professional fluency in spoken and written English.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in general computer operations and MS Office (Excel, Word).

  • (Optional, but preferred) Valid UAE Driving License.

  • (Optional, but preferred) Prior experience or familiarity with the construction/MEP industry.
