Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage sales activities within Abu Dhabi to meet business objectives.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets between AED 100,000 and AED 150,000.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Promote and sell company products and services in ELV, Firefighting, MEP, and Project Sales.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, tenders, and project requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and client requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 5 years of sales experience in the region with strong exposure to the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Experience in selling ELV, Firefighting, MEP, and Project Sales.
  • Valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong market knowledge of the Abu Dhabi region.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong closing skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling solutions within the ELV, Firefighting, MEP, and Project Sales domains. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong client relationship management, and the ability to work independently to achieve monthly sales targets.
