Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive Car Rental & Leasing, your primary goal is to drive revenue growth by generating new leads, converting prospects, and managing long-term customer relationships. Your key responsibilities include:

Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with corporate clients, SMEs, and retail customers

Conducting client visits, presentations, and needs assessments

Preparing and negotiating competitive proposals and lease agreements

Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships for repeat and upsell opportunities

Collaborating with the fleet, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate vehicle delivery

Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets

Ensuring all customer interactions are aligned with company values and service standards

Maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system and generating regular sales reports

Staying informed about competitors, market trends, and customer needs in the UAE market

Representing the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Must-have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

3+ years of experience in car rental or leasing sales in the UAE

In-depth knowledge of UAE car rental market and sales practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills

Valid UAE Driving License

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-have:

Arabic language skills

Experience in B2B leasing contracts or fleet solutions

Familiarity with telematics, GPS, or fleet management technologies

Sales certification or relevant training in automotive sales

Success Criteria

To succeed in this role, you should be able to:

Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Build long-term partnerships with key accounts

Ensure an average customer satisfaction score of 95% or higher

Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts
