Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and develop B2B sales opportunities
Manage and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed projects
Conduct client meetings to understand customer requirements
Prepare and present proposals according to client needs
Handle full project closure from negotiation to final confirmation
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
Actively perform outbound (offline) sales activities, including field visits
Handle both online and offline sales activities
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (uniform/apparel industry preferred; other sales experience acceptable)
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Good presentation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to company processes
Must be willing to handle both online and offline sales activities
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
