Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and call potential clients across Dubai and the UAE, including Hotels, Restaurants, Corporate Offices, and Catering companies.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and sales pitches including virtual calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • Focus on the HORECA sector to place premium vending machines and premixes in hospitality environments.
  • Manage the full sales funnel from cold call to negotiation, contract signing, and setup coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with procurement managers, F&B directors, and business owners in the Middle East.
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s local market trends, competitor pricing, and new hospitality projects.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports using CRM ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and commercial requirements.
  • Represent the brand as the 'Face of Café Desire' in Dubai maintaining a premium image.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the UAE region.
  • Provide regular updates to regional headquarters on customer preferences and product adaptation opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must be currently located in Dubai with valid residency status.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Product Sales within HORECA or FMCG sector in UAE.
  • Proven experience selling beverages, kitchen equipment, or food-related services to hospitality and corporate sectors.
  • Documented history of meeting sales quotas and managing international/Middle Eastern accounts.
  • Pleasing personality with exceptional grooming and communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is a significant advantage.
  • Highly persuasive and able to handle objections and close deals virtually and in person.
  • Strong existing network within Dubai hotel and restaurant industry is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable traveling within Dubai and occasionally to other Emirates for client meetings.
