Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, should have B2B or B2C sales experience.
- Generate lead through call or meeting.
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service
- Provide after-sales support to clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Meet or exceed sales quotas
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in any languages; English/Hindi/Malayalam/Tagalog/Russian
- Should have UAE Driving License.
