Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features including purity (karat), weight, making charges, and pricing.
Stay updated on current gold rates and market trends.
Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and inventory control procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation with a presentable personality.
Good knowledge of gold jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones.
Basic numeracy skills (weight calculation, pricing, discounts).
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Multilingual skills (English + Hindi/Arabic preferred).
Qualifications
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in gold/jewelry retail sales.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in UAE or GCC jewelry markets.
Strong grooming and professional appearance.
