Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

  • Explain product features including purity (karat), weight, making charges, and pricing.

  • Stay updated on current gold rates and market trends.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.

  • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and inventory control procedures.
