Roles & Responsibilities
Overview:
A reputed company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business by presenting our physical security services to companies in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Visit businesses and organizations to introduce our physical security and manpower solutions.
- Identify prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Present, negotiate, and close deals, ensuring a minimum of one signed contract per month.
- Collaborate internally to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Keep clear records of leads, meetings, and sales progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably in physical security, manpower, or facility services.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus.
- Female candidates are preferred and will be given priority.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
