Sales Executive

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

• Assist clients during check-in operations and for general enquiries related to yacht rental (private/shared).
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the Dutch Oriental sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.

Sales Executive Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Proficient in English language (Russian speaking candidates will be given higher consideration).
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and generic software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
