Sales Executive – Credit Cards | Personal Loans | Auto Loans Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month (plus performance incentives) Employment Type: Permanent | Full-time Start Date: ASAP Position Overview We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join First Solution Management Services, a trusted partner of leading banks in the UAE. The role involves promoting Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Auto Loans, while maintaining professionalism and adherence to compliance standards. Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell banking products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Auto Loans. • Meet customers directly to explain product features and collect applications. • Prepare and submit daily visit and activity reports. • Achieve individual and team sales targets. • Maintain updated customer records and provide weekly MIS reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Age: 20 to 35 years.
Experience: Prior experience in banking or financial product sales (UAE or home country) preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
Target-driven, professional, and customer-focused.
Presentable and well-organized with strong negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Other:
UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
Clear credit history.
Experience in Banking Product Sales is preferable.
