We are looking for Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Hunter) – MEP / Facilities Management to our organization Galaxy Technical Services ( Part Of Multilines Electromechanical)


Job Description

We are a growing MEP & Facilities Management company in Dubai, handling preventive and reactive maintenance, AMC contracts, and small MEP projects/fit-outs. We’re hiring a hunter — someone who can generate leads, meet clients, and consistently close new business.


If you’re confident in English, strong in follow-ups, and you understand how MEP/FM services are sold in the UAE market, this role will suit you.


Key Responsibilities :



  • Generate new business for AMC contracts, reactive maintenance, and small MEP works

  • Lead generation through cold calling, site visits, networking, referrals

  • Meet facility managers / building owners / property management teams and understand requirements

  • Coordinate with technical team for site surveys, scope, exclusions, and quotations

  • Handle negotiations and close deals

  • Maintain pipeline and update CRM with meetings, follow-ups, and next steps

  • Track competitor pricing and market opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong spoken and written English (emails, proposals, client communication)

  • Experience in MEP/FM sales in the UAE (AMC, maintenance, call-outs, small works)

  • Confident, persistent, and disciplined with follow-ups

  • Comfortable with frequent client visits across Dubai

  • Basic CRM/pipeline reporting discipline

  • Knowledge in Negotiation

  • Knowledge in MS Suite


Good to Have


  • UAE driving license

  • Existing client network (facility management / property management / building owners / contractors)

  • Understanding of AMC structuring, SLAs, exclusions, and service pricing


Salary

As per market + incentives/commission (based on performance)
