Roles & Responsibilities

Location: UAE Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. • Identify, qualify, and approach potential clients. • Conduct client meetings and present the company’s services (accounting, auditing, tax consultancy, compliance). • Clearly explain service benefits and build trust with potential clients. • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. • Work from the office and meet clients outside the office as needed. • Achieve individual sales targets and maintain proper sales reporting. • Represent the company professionally and ensure high-quality customer service. Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in: o accounting services, o auditing, o tax consultancy, o or other professional/financial services. • Experience in similar firms is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of selling professional (non-tangible) services. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage long sales cycles and maintain client interest even when needs are delayed. • English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus. • Familiarity with the region and local communication culture is an advantage.
