Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a personal sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
  • Leverage existing sales channels to grow our customer base.
  • Engage with potential clients, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and value.
  • Make daily calls and send emails to potential clients, providing consultative insights on our products and services.
  • Diligently follow up on referrals and leads to convert them into new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the Delivery Department to prepare and deliver customer presentations.
  • Coordinate with back-office services for the preparation, approval, and dispatch of commercial offers, contract preparation, and compliance, as well as invoice and document management.
  • Regularly assess progress towards goals with the sales team and collaborate with the Hed of Sales to refine strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
    • Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite.
    • Ability to work on-site in our Dubai office five days a week.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
    • Previous sales experience in cybersecurity or IT consulting companies is highly desirable.
