Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls

  • Explain company services related to business formation, licensing, and documentation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales

  • Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress

  • Support clients throughout the process and coordinate with internal teams

  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

  • Presentable, confident, and professional

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willing to learn — initial training will be provided

  • Preference for candidates currently based in the UAE
