Roles & Responsibilities

Role: Sales Executive (B2B Fintech – Onsite)

We are building a fintech web product aimed at businesses and service providers, and we’re looking for a smart, execution-focused Sales Executive who can bring our go-to-market strategy to life.

This role is about *execution, persuasion, and adaptability*. You will work closely with our Pitch Strategist and follow a defined sales narrative — but your success will depend on how effectively you connect with businesses, communicate value, and close opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute sales pitches based on the strategist’s messaging and positioning

  • Identify, approach, and engage businesses and service providers

  • Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and onboarding conversations

  • Clearly communicate product value in terms of business outcomes (efficiency, revenue, growth, etc.)

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects

  • Adapt pitch delivery based on different business types and decision-makers

  • Provide on-ground feedback to improve messaging and strategy

  • Stay agile and responsive in fast-paced, real-world sales environments


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Proven ability to sell or pitch to businesses (B2B experience preferred)

  • Confidence in face-to-face interactions and relationship building

  • Street-smart, proactive, and results-driven mindset

  • Ability to follow a structured strategy while thinking on your feet


Marketing Awareness (Important):

We are specifically looking for someone who understands *modern, fast-moving marketing trends*, including:

  • Social media platforms like Instagram and Telegram

  • Viral and growth-driven marketing tactics

  • Community-based and network-driven approaches (including MLM-style thinking, where relevant)

  • Awareness of what captures attention and drives engagement today
