Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify new construction, maintenance, and industrial clients in UAE.
Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and site visits.
Introduce company services for scaffolding erection, dismantling, and rental.
Meet procurement officers, project managers, and QS teams.
Register the company as an approved vendor with new clients.
Collect project details, drawings, and BOQ from clients.
Coordinate with the operations team for site inspections.
Prepare and submit quotations on time.
Follow up regularly on submitted quotations.
Negotiate prices within approved company limits.
Follow up for LPO issuance and project confirmation.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain daily call reports and visit reports.
Update sales pipeline and client database.
Coordinate with accounts for invoice submission.
Follow up on pending payments and overdue invoices.
Ensure submission of required company documents (Trade License, VAT, Insurance, HSE Policy, Method Statement).
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities.
Attend networking meetings and industry events.
Provide regular sales performance updates to management.
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the operations team.
Maintain professional communication with clients at all times.
Work towards securing long-term contracts and repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
2–5 years UAE experience in scaffolding / construction sales
Strong knowledge of scaffolding types:
Tube & Fitting
Cuplock / System Scaffolding
Understanding of site safety standards
Good communication & negotiation skills
UAE driving license
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic costing
