Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Product Expertise: Provide expert product knowledge on perfumes and fragrances, including notes, brands, and suitability for customer preferences.
  • Sales & Guidance: Guide customers through the selection and purchase process to achieve sales targets.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain an appealing and organized shop floor and product displays.
  • Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers through personalized service.
  • Knowledge Update: Keep up to date with new product launches, fragrance trends, and promotions.
  • Inventory Support: Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and merchandising.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and store presentation standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Language: Must be Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
  • Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is required, ideally in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury products.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Performance: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
