Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce TASC’s staffing and outsourcing solutions.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities across different industries in Dubai.

  • Client Engagement: Schedule meetings for senior sales staff and follow up on leads.

  • CRM & Database Management: Keep accurate and updated records of leads, calls, and client information.

  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support sales efforts.

  • Team Coordination: Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth client service.

  • Pre-Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials for prospective clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or any field.

  • 1+ years of experience in sales and lead generation.

  • Strong interest in sales, pre-sales, and business development.

  • Confident communicator, energetic, target-driven, and eager to learn.
    Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
