Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, presenting, and selling gold and diamond Jewellery to customers while ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role involves achieving sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and maintaining product knowledge to represent the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Showcase and explain product features, quality, and pricing of gold and diamond Jewellery.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current collections, promotions, pricing, and market trends.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate billing, pricing, and weight-related details are communicated transparently.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and ensure displays are attractive and well-stocked.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain records of daily sales, customer feedback, and inventory updates.
  • Comply with company policies regarding sales, discounts, and customer dealings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience in gold and diamond Jewellery (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic (preferred) to deal with a diverse clientele.
  • Good knowledge of Jewellery trends, designs, and market standards.
  • Attention to detail with integrity in handling gold and diamond transactions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Professional appearance with excellent customer service etiquette.
