Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive enterprise and government client acquisition across UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting, pitching, and negotiation to closing high-value deals.
Identify new business opportunities within the AI, SaaS, and digital innovation sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, ministries, and enterprise decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with the founding team to execute go-to-market strategies for the MENA region.
Represent Thrifty AI at major AI, technology, and innovation events across the GCC.
Deliver consistent sales growth and exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced startup environment. Provide market insights and feedback to influence product roadmap and regional expansion.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — mandatory for this role.
5–10 years of experience in enterprise or B2B technology sales across the GCC region.
Proven track record of closing enterprise or government deals (ideally above USD 50K value).
Strong existing network with ministries, corporates, or innovation councils in the UAE or GCC.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
Passion for AI, emerging technology, and helping enterprises adopt the next generation of automation.
