Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Executive specializing in Business Setup Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide entrepreneurs and companies through the process of establishing their business, offering expert consultation on licensing, company formation options, regulatory requirements, and government procedures. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a solid understanding of the local business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into clients seeking business setup services.

  • Provide professional consultation on company formation options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable business structures, license types, and jurisdictions.

  • Explain procedures, timelines, costs, and legal requirements for business setup.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages.

  • Build strong relationships with clients by offering ongoing guidance and support.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (PRO, operations, documentation, finance) to ensure seamless onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions using CRM software.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated on governmental policies, regulatory changes, and new business setup offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in business setup, consulting, or sales (preferably in corporate services or similar industry).

  • Strong understanding of company formation processes and government regulations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in UAE business setup. Strong network of entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate clients.
