Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Generate new business and expand the customer base in industrial and marine paint sectors.

  2. Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, applicators, shipyards, industrial clients, and project companies.

  4. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical product presentations.

  5. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on payments.

  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities, including potential export sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in industrial or marine paints sales (UAE market preferred).

  • Experience in export sales will be an added advantage.

  • Any coating-related certification (e.g., NACE) will be a plus.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Existing industry network is preferred.

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory).
