Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in business setup or company formation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, consulting clients on company formation options in the UAE, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities in the business setup sector

  • Advise clients on mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation options

  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, licensing, and visa processes

  • Coordinate with operations and PRO teams for smooth client onboarding

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM

  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote services

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business setup / company formation sales in the UAE

  • Strong knowledge of UAE mainland, free zone, and offshore company setup processes

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Existing client database or network in the UAE market is an advantage

  • Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Russian, Chinese, English or other languages)
