Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle company-provided leads and convert them into sales

  • Connect with potential customers via calls and WhatsApp

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable health insurance plans

  • Explain policy benefits, coverage, exclusions, and pricing clearly

  • Compare plans and guide customers in selecting the best option

  • Assist customers with documentation and application submission

  • Follow up consistently to close deals

  • Achieve monthly sales targets

  • Maintain proper records in CRM/system

  • Support clients during renewals and build long-term relationships


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in sales (health insurance only)

  • Strong communication and convincing skills

  • Target-driven and result-oriented

  • Comfortable handling inbound leads and follow-ups

  • Basic knowledge of health insurance products (preferred)
