Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To prospect and develop new business opportunities in the Marrakech region and its surroundings
- Organize product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients
- Negotiate and conclude sales contracts in order to meet or exceed set objectives.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in professional events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
- Maintain accurate records of all business activities in the company's CRM system
- Provide regular reports on business performance and market information to management
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in the field of sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse clients. Strong negotiation and contract closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Convincing presentation skills
- Master's degree in business, marketing or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and French; fluency in English is an asset
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
- Understanding the dynamics of the local market in Marrakech and the surrounding area
- Personal motivation and a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel in the region
