Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To prospect and develop new business opportunities in the Marrakech region and its surroundings

  • Organize product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients
  • Negotiate and conclude sales contracts in order to meet or exceed set objectives.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Participate in professional events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
  • Maintain accurate records of all business activities in the company's CRM system
  • Provide regular reports on business performance and market information to management

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in the field of sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse clients. Strong negotiation and contract closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Convincing presentation skills
  • Master's degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic and French; fluency in English is an asset
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
  • Understanding the dynamics of the local market in Marrakech and the surrounding area
  • Personal motivation and a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel in the region
