Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

  • Generate leads through referrals, partnerships, and outreach

  • Maintain CRM records and reporting accuracy

  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline

  • Advise clients on investment opportunities and ownership structures

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience

  • Real estate sales experience preferred

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality

  • Fluency in Arabic and English preferred

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
