Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to grow business in the Oman, KSA market
Identify new opportunities in automobile sales and procurement (buses, trucks, pickups, heavy equipment)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and corporate customers
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth
Handle end-to-end vehicle sourcing, pricing, and negotiations with suppliers and customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Coordinate with logistics, operations, and after-sales teams for smooth delivery and support
Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring performance and productivity
Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and presentations
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management updates
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the GCC market, ( Qatar, Saudi, Oman)
Strong background in automobile sales and vehicle procurement (buses, trucks, pickups, or heavy equipment)
Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and market expansion
Good understanding of GCC automotive market trends and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Must be willing to relocate to Oman
