Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for branding and creative services

  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand branding, marketing, and creative requirements

  • Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and commercial presentations aligned with client needs

  • Convert qualified leads into closed deals and achieve assigned sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers

  • Drive client retention, repeat business, and upselling of additional services

  • Coordinate with design and project management teams for smooth client onboarding and handover

  • Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal tracking tools

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the creative and branding space

  • Share regular sales updates and market insights with management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a creative agency, branding, marketing, or services environment

  • Strong understanding of branding, design services, and creative workflows

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously

  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative setup
