Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Drive structured pipeline development and deal conversion

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and revenue tracking

  • Monitor performance dashboards and KPIs

2. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and secure new clients within real estate or banking sectors

  • Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks

  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions

  • Convert high-value prospects into long-term business relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

  • 4–8+ years of proven sales experience in Real Estate or Banking

  • Demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets

  • Strong negotiation and closing capability

  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and structured reporting
