Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Drive structured pipeline development and deal conversion
Maintain accurate forecasting and revenue tracking
Monitor performance dashboards and KPIs
2. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and secure new clients within real estate or banking sectors
Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks
Conduct presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
Convert high-value prospects into long-term business relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
4–8+ years of proven sales experience in Real Estate or Banking
Demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Strong negotiation and closing capability
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Proficiency in CRM systems and structured reporting
