Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview:
A dynamic Sales Executive responsible for driving sales performance, maximizing market coverage, and ensuring consistent product visibility across assigned territories. The role supports both short- and long-term business growth objectives through effective sales execution, distributor management, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by market, brand, and SKU in line with business plans.
  • Monitor distributor performance, product visibility, and market coverage through regular visits.
  • Coordinate sales forecasts, order management, and inventory availability with internal teams.
  • Consolidate sales and stock data for reporting and performance analysis.
  • Support execution of trade marketing, BTL activities, and brand promotions.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors and key accounts to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, key account management, or business development.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with ERP systems preferred with sound excel knowledge
  • Excellent communication, planning, and relationship management skills.
