Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets in lighting projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and end clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand project requirements and prepare quotations, proposals, and submittals.
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure proper product selection and compliance with specifications.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure closure.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients.
- Maintain updated knowledge of lighting products, trends, and competitors.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience in Lighting / Electrical / Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of lighting products, specifications, and project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage (for UAE-based role).
- Valid Driving License preferred.
