Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage MICE bookings from inquiry to final event execution ensuring smooth coordination and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations
- Coordinate with departments such as banquet, catering, audio-visual, and housekeeping for seamless event delivery
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure event requirements are met
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat business
- Ensure all financial procedures, including billing and payments, are completed accurately
- Follow hotel safety standards and operational policies during event management
- Provide performance reports and updates on MICE business activities to the Director of Convention Sales

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum one year of experience in MICE sales or event operations within a luxury hotel
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments
