Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key clients in the plastics industry, focusing on high-value accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and lead generation, to increase market share for plastic products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on specific product lines and market segments.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives for plastic materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the plastics industry, demonstrating consistent success.
- Demonstrated experience in selling plastic resins, compounds, or finished plastic products.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships within the plastics sector.
