Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Brickhouse Properties is looking for ambitious, target-driven Sales Executives who are hungry to earn and grow in Dubai’s booming real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify property leads
Contact and engage potential buyers
Understand client requirements and present suitable properties
Conduct virtual & in-person property presentations
Negotiate deals and close sales confidently
Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads
Achieve monthly sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 months sales experience (Dubai real estate or strong Indian real estate experience preferred)
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Target-driven with a high earning mindset
Self-motivated and disciplined
Multilingual candidates are an advantage
Must be currently in UAE or willing to relocate
