Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives in the real estate sector. This includes identifying target markets, analyzing market trends, and recommending strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including sales agents or executives. Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team, set sales targets, and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the real estate sector. Develop strategies to attract new clients, nurture existing client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct important sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals with clients. Assist the sales team in preparing and delivering presentations, handling objections, and negotiating terms and conditions to secure sales contracts.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor industry developments, and analyze competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the real estate sector.
  • Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports and analysis for management. Evaluate sales data, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency.
