Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for HVAC ducting products including GI ducts, pre-insulated ducts, and HVAC accessories.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, and project procurement teams.
Prepare and submit technical quotations, proposals, and product specifications aligned with project requirements.
Conduct product presentations and site visits to promote ducting solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and ongoing projects to convert leads into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions, project pipelines, and sales activities within the CRM system.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, or a related discipline.
3 5 years of sales experience in HVAC products, ducting systems, construction materials, or MEP solutions.
Basic technical understanding of HVAC ducting systems, air distribution components, and construction project workflows.
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
Ability to read project drawings, specifications, and tender documents is preferred.
Results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for managing sales activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
