Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their spare parts needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the spare parts industry, enabling proactive sales strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed product demonstrations and quotations tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
- Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels of spare parts, minimizing lead times for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, helping them to make informed decisions on spare parts purchases.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure that all sales activities align with legal requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically within the automotive or industrial spare parts sector.
