Sales Executive / Supervisor - Fruits & Vegetables

Doncaster Foods is a fast-growing international food trading company connecting premium-quality produce from Australia’s fertile agricultural regions—and other leading global origins—to international markets.
As part of our expansion in Dubai and the wider GCC, we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Supervisor – Fruits & Vegetables with a strong background in fruit and vegetable sales.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience at the Al Aweer Market and prior exposure to large Fruit & Vegetable distribution organisations in Dubai, with a proven ability to grow accounts, manage key customers, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales activities from the Al-Aweer wholesale market, supporting clients across Dubai, the UAE, and GCC countries.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor emerging market trends
- Present and promote Doncaster Foods’ fruit and vegetable portfolio to buyers and trade partners
- Negotiate pricing, supply terms, and commercial agreements to meet business objectives
- Coordinate closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth deliveries and service quality
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on key account progress
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requirements
- Stay informed on competitor activity, market pricing, and consumer trends
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven senior sales experience in fruits and vegetables
- Strong understanding of the Al Aweer wholesale market and GCC trade dynamics
- Experience selling Australian produce, Sri Lankan produce, or tropical fruits will be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets consistently
- Demonstrates a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Possesses exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
- Proficient in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
