Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – WPCC to grow our waterproofing and construction chemicals business across project sales in the UAE. The role focuses on securing product specifications, developing key stakeholder relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth through project acquisition and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, applicators, and distributors
Secure product specifications and convert projects from tender to execution stage
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with consistent market penetration
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits
Coordinate with technical, operations, and supply chain teams for approvals, sampling, and timely deliveries
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and project pipelines
Ensure timely collections and compliance with company credit control policies
Maintain strong follow-up, negotiation, and client communication processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Professional Qualifications:
4–6 years of relevant sales experience within waterproofing systems, construction chemicals, or specialty building materials.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Functional & Technical Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing and construction chemical (WCC/WPCC) products and application methodologies.
Proven expertise in project-based sales within the UAE construction market.
Ability to conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site consultations.
Strong understanding of project sales cycles, tendering processes, and specification-based selling.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
Sound knowledge of market analysis, pricing structures, competitor intelligence, and industry trends.
Strong project tracking, follow-up, and order conversion capabilities.
Behavioral & Professional Competencies:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship management abilities.
Results-driven with consistent achievement of sales targets and deadlines.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Strong team collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills.
Adaptable with strong problem-solving capabilities to manage project challenges.
Preferred Prerequisites
Fluency in both English and Arabic language (written and spoken).
Valid UAE Driving License.
Own vehicle (for field sales mobility).
Availability for immediate or short-notice joining.
